Added more automation to the Initial Setup script and updated the README to reflect the changes. Now you just need to run sudo python3 initial_setup.py from the project directory and it will install all prerequisites as well as setting up all configuration files.

@tiito78 pointed out a bug preventing CSS stylesheets from displaying at all.
