Deployment plan:

Deploy metabase to AWS ECS (EC2 not Fargate)

Deploy vehicle-tracking to AWS Lambda

Terraform config to deploy both

For database, we will move to RDS asap but for now let's get the demo running with Vercel PostgreSQL
