Need to delete implicit binlog #152

When run against a project or sln, the complog tool will generate an implicit binlog. That is fine. But it menas that if you run twice then the second run picks up that implicit binlog. That is problematic if you say change the project file because it's not reflected in the new results.

Maybe put it in the .complog directory
