This repository contains code for papers 2 and 3 in the dissertation. Each paper has a folder and each folder is a stand-alone RStudio project.
You can clone the entire repository, go to each folder then open the relevant RStudio project.
Run major file: parallel_mod_mpi_cmd_submit
File & folder descriptions:
- summary_text/mpi_dat: contains csv dataset
- summary_text/stan_scripts: contains Stan scripts
- parallel_mod_mpi_cmd_load_packages contains list of required packages
- parallel_mod_mpi_cmd_prep_data data pre-processing tasks
There are three files corresponding to the three different data analyses in this paper:
- sim_study_1: simulated data analysis 1
- sim_study_2: simulated data analysis 2
- real_data_analysis: analysis of tilda dataset
