Adds REST support for jaggedsoft#453

Most of it is copy paste from futures code with the exceptions of changing version numbers to ones that are relevant for dapi(everything is v1). Delivery has new types of klines data endpoints, added those as well. Also, haven't added websocket code, seemed complicated for now. Also, not all dapi endpoints are added, the ones that are skipped for futures are also skipped for delivery futures. |
