Fix: Some fix final states may not be 100% correct.

In getting the initial phase of the fix command out the door, a couple of quick passes were done to make sure that the final fixed state in the tests was correct.

On a second glance, a handful of these, especially dealing with nested lists, may be off by a bit. This ticket is to go through each of the final fix states, checking to make sure they are correct. Any failures are to be fixed.
