Description:

In testing the following:

A Heading with trailing space 
on more than one line 
---------------------

where there is a single space at the end of each line, rule 23 was triggered:

test/resources/rules/md009/bad_setext_heading_with_extra.md:3:1: MD023: Headings must start at the beginning of the line. (heading-start-left, header-start-left)
