Remove IV extension function #297

When Grover-c13/PokeGOAPI-Java#207 is merged, remove the extension function located in https://github.com/jabbink/PokemonGoBot/blob/develop/src/main/kotlin/ink/abb/pogo/scraper/util/pokemon/Pokemon.kt and adjust the code to use the function from the API
