Motivation and Context

This upgrades our fork to 5.0.x so it works against SDK 33 and applies all our patches which are:

• Fix video capture crashing on save #1 Fix video capture crashing on save
• Enable saving videos to camera roll on iOS #2 Enable saving videos to camera roll on iOS / Uncomment this to save videos to camera roll on iOS #4 Uncomment this to save videos to camera roll on iOS
• Work around bug in sdk 33 - this gets the Video working on that platform #5 Work around bug in sdk 33 - this gets the Video working on that platform
• Add FileProvider for Video saving #6 Add FileProvider for Video savings (this overrides some of the code in Fix video capture crashing on save #1
