Dependabot の #229 は src/ 側のロックファイルしか整合させておらず、tests 側に 残った Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer: [9.0.19, ) のせいで CI の locked-mode restore が NU1004 で落ちていた。CLAUDE.md §3 の手順どおり dotnet restore --force-evaluate を流し、src / tests 両方の packages.lock.json を 同一コミットに含めて作り直したもの。#229 は本 PR で置き換えてクローズする。 あわせて、コードレビューで見つかった説明と実態のずれを 3 点直した: EF Core SqlServer が宣言する Microsoft.Data.SqlClient の版（5.1.6 → 5.1.9）を csproj コメント・CLAUDE.md・EfCorePackageAlignmentTests の 3 か所すべてで追随させ、 「床値は Dependabot の minor / patch で上がる」という記述が 5.2 系の打ち止めで 成立しなくなっていることを明記した。 検証: dotnet restore --locked-mode / dotnet build（警告 0・エラー 0）/ dotnet test（838 件すべて成功）。
