docs: link the project website - #62

lakespeak.net is live. The README gains one line under the tagline, and PackageProjectUrl moves from the repository URL to the site — on nuget.org that link is labelled "Project website" and currently sends a reader back to the page they most likely arrived from. RepositoryUrl is unchanged and still points at GitHub, so the source link on the package page is unaffected.
