MMCA.Common PR ivanball/MMCA.Common#287 bumps Aspire to 13.5.2, OpenTelemetry.* to 1.18.0, MudBlazor to 9.9.0, and AwesomeAssertions to 9.6.0. Its required "Consumer source build (Helpdesk)" check fails with NU1605 package downgrades until Helpdesk pins match; this PR aligns them.
Verified locally: build succeeds and all 108 headless tests pass. Note: Aspire 13.5.2 emits a new informational MSBuild warning ASPIRE010 (AspireUseCliBundle default) on the AppHost; it does not fail the build (no -warnaserror on MSBuild task warnings). Deciding between AspireUseCliBundle=true and a suppression is left as a follow-up.
