* deps: fold Dependabot #553-#556; comply with VSTHRD202 Folds the four open Dependabot PRs into one change: actions upload-artifact/download-artifact pins (#553, #554), Meziantou.Analyzer 3.0.303 and Microsoft.VisualStudio.Threading.Analyzers 18.12.1 (#555), xunit.v3 4.0.2, Testcontainers 4.16.0 and AngleSharp 1.8.4 (#556). Testcontainers.Redis and .PostgreSql, which Dependabot left on 4.15.0 because their projects sit outside the slnx, move to 4.16.0 as well so the family stays on one version. Lock files regenerated with --force-evaluate across the slnx and the out-of-slnx projects. VS Threading 18.12 adds VSTHRD202 (return the Task directly instead of awaiting it as the only operation), which failed the build at 58 sites before dependents compiled. Applied its code fix with dotnet format analyzers across the slnx and the out-of-slnx projects (145 methods), then fixed by hand the 9 places the code fix broke: bare `return;` in now-synchronous Task methods (Task.CompletedTask), an early Result failure and a cached-token fast path (Task.FromResult), and the internal command dispatcher's null result (Task.FromResult<Result?>(null) plus the forgiving operator for Task<T> nullability). Argument validation in the affected methods now throws at call time instead of on await. Full suite 7921/7921 in Release.
