As a developer, I want to extract dependencies to a separate gradle file so that the code is cleaner.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Dependencies are removed from \wisefy\build.gradle
  • Dependencies are added to a new dependencies.gradle

After trying this, I felt it's easier and more readable to keep the dependencies where they are located in the wisefy module.
