Add mkolesnik to community members

I want to join the Istio org!

• I have reviewed the community membership guidelines
• I have reviewed the contribution guidelines
• I have enabled 2FA on my GitHub account
• I have joined Istio's Slack workspace
• I have written my company name or "Individual", if not affliated with a company, here: Red Hat
• I have provided a link to at least one PR that I have successfully pushed to one of the Istio repos, here: Add Ambient multi cluster E2E tests for Multi Primary deployments istio-ecosystem/sail-operator#1353

Hi @mkolesnik. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a istio member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

cc @rcernich . The PR referred is on istio-ecosystem/sail-operator, so I am seeking feedback from other steering members on whether that qualifies for Istio membership. @mkolesnik meantime, if you have another PR under istio org which you can refer to, that will make it easier for me to approve this.

Thanks @kfaseela for looking at this, right now I'm focused on sail-operator so all my contributions are there, but I don't see any process to be added just to the istio-ecosystem org.
Do let me know if such a process exists and I missed it 🙏
