GitHub Issue: Resolves Islandora/documentation#549

What does this Pull Request do?

Adds a media bundle for an image preservation master, and a fedora resource bundle for the image object.

What's new?

All config, all the time.

How should this be tested?

It's very important you uninstall islandora, islandora_collection, and islandora_image first. Merge in this PR into islandora_image and Islandora/documentation#53 into islandora. Then re-enable islandora, islandora_collection, and islandora_image.

Go to http://localhost:8000/admin/content/fedora_resource and make a Collection. Then re-visit http://localhost:8000/admin/content/fedora_resource and make an Image. You can provide the image in the inline "OBJ" form. You can even add it to a collection.
