This PR removes some files that were modernized with respect to older IRAF versions. Since 10 years, these updates are not needed anymore, since the changes are incorporated into IRAF:

  • src/plp2li.x: iraf$sys/plio/tf/plp2li since version 2.12 (2005)
  • src/xtpmmap.x: iraf$pkg/xtools/ytpmmap.x since version 2.14 (from 2008)
  • src/xtextns.x: iraf$pkg/xtools/xtextns.xsince version 2.14 (from 2008)

This makes it possible to compile mscred without the sources of IRAF itself (with a binary installation, f.e. from Debian or Fedora).

This file is thought top be included when iraf$pkg/xtools/ytpmmap.x is
not available. However, since version 2.14 (from 2008), this file is
available; so we can remove this.

This makes it possible to compile mscred without the sources of IRAF
itself (with a binary installation, f.e. from Debian or Fedora).
This was thought as a replacement for an outdated file in older
IRAFs. Since 2003, this is however unchanged, so we can safely
remove. This avoids warnings when compiled with binary only
installations of IRAF.
This file was used if the IRAF version was older (or
non-existent). However, actually, the IRAF version is newer (and we
will rather change the IRAF file instead of the mscred version); so
zthis is removed.
