/dnsaddr/va1.bootstrap.libp2p.iotoconfig.DefaultBootstrapAddressesto minimize dependency on single language stack for initial bootstrap. We already had Rust one, this adds JS.We do not migrate old users as the instance is still young.
We want the use of this instance to ramp up over time to catch any problems before we migrate everyone to start using it.
Once we are happy with it, it will be added to
/dnsaddr/bootstrap.libp2p.io/and we will have a migration for all users that replaces/dnsaddr/va1.bootstrap.libp2p.io/with/dnsaddr/bootstrap.libp2p.io/addr.
