Compose & decompose PrivateKeyAlgorithm parameters for pkcs8 #4
Description
Those parameters in PrivateKeyAlgorithm are used for RSA-OAEP, RSA-PSS and other types. It would be awesome if we decoded/encoded them as well. The thing is that I couldn't find any RSA key in the wild other than rsaEncryption.
