Also needed a CI change, but my institution's proxy decided to go belly up, so I'm stuck on that for now.

I do not want to use workspaces here, as this makes upgrading analyzer a lot harder. It's quite common that I first upgrade anakyzer in one or two packages of the repo first. Then update some other projects. Then come back and finish custom_lint.

That makes sense, but would resolution: external help with that?
