Note that for this and other @kasioumis's branches related to presonal queries and alerts, I have PRs avalable locally, so I can merge that way.

(P.S. Don't we overuse the question label a little? For internal discussions, I'm assuming at least the triage team and the developers involved in the ticket are reading all its notifications, so eventually people will get to see any question asked to them. I'd vote for deleting the question label completely, since it make a sort of double employment with in_infoneeded label, as we discussed a week or so ago. Note that we used "infoneeded" label mostly when asking for clarifications about bug reports etc; we did not flip it every time we asked something to earch other... that would seem like an overuse of label flipping, hence this post scriptum of mine
