On Windows using v2.2.0 I am able to reduce the size of the text with CTRL-minus as expect, but the CTRL-plus doesn't increase the text size. I figured out CTRL-0 puts it back to default size if I make the text smaller.

Can you add CTRL-plus to increase the text size?
