[Multi-Tenant] Fix feature branch tests for non-Open Payments services

A lot of tests were broken by the fact that several existing tables have added foreign key constraints on tenantId, fix the tests for the models/services/routes for these services on backend:

• Assets
• Auth middleware
• Grants
• Receiver
• Wallet Address Keys
• Payment Methods
• Shared services
