Adds a helm chart to install gitea (initial version
1.21.7) for local self-hosted git repositories.Why is this change being made?
Running self-hosted GitLab proved time-consuming and resource-intensive: database schema upgrades often went wrong, and system logs overwhelmed my central logging. Am now abandoning it after a decade of "improvements" wrongfully conceived by the GitLab publisher, in favor of the much lighter-weight Gitea.
How was this tested? How can the reviewer verify your testing?
