File not opening(File not Accessible)

I got an error when I tried to open server3.py
The following was the command I tried executing after I have navigated to where my file is located
python datafeed/server3.py
And I got he response below:
python: can't open file 'server3.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Please try making sure that you are inside the "JPMC-tech-task-3-PY3" folder when running python datafeed/server3.py.
