Add Single Signatures store to aggregator #282
Description
The Mithril Aggregator should use a dedicated store for the single signatures:
- Implement the new
single_signature_storein the Aggregator - Use the
single_signature_storestore in the multi signer to interact with the single signatures - Implement the caching of the clerk in the multi signer in order to accelerate single signature registration
