Fix digester hash is not deterministic

Given the following immutables:
[ "0001.primary", "0001.chunk", "0001.secondary", "0002.primary", "0002.chunk", "0002.secondary" ]

The digester will hash them order by number but not by file extension, making the hash change randomly.
