We need to use the snapshots manifest developed in #104 as a snapshot store for the Mithril Aggregator: - [x] Create a `SnapshotStore` and make it fill the `/snapshots` and `/snapshot/{digest}` routes - [x] Implement a configuration file - [x] Implement a dependency injection manager
