Upstream closed eight watched pull requests without merging them, so the tracked list was reporting changes the fork can no longer wait for. Most were closed when upstream merged its orchestrator V2 rewrite (pingdotgg#2829) or during contribution triage.

Two of them have replacements that did merge, and the watch now follows those:

These watch-only entries are removed:

The other two closed early imports, pingdotgg#10411 and pingdotgg#12533, keep their entries until we decide whether to keep or remove each.

The tracked PR report built from this branch lists 11 entries. Both new ones are reported as pending beyond the current target, merged 2026-10-03 and 2026-10-10. This changes only intake metadata.

Written by an agent (Claude Code, claude-opus-5-5).

Upstream closed eight watched changes without merging them. Drop the
watch-only entries, and follow the two replacements that merged
instead: one supersedes the preview focus fix the fork imported early,
the other the same-email usage accounts fix.

The two other closed early imports keep their entries until their
outcome is decided.
