Description:

• This is a 12-month randomized clinical trial in non-demented adults with Down Syndrome to determine the feasibility and potential efficacy of remotely delivered group physical activity sessions to increase daily physical activity, relative to a usual care control, and to assess the impact of increased physical activity on outcomes related to Alzheimer’s Disease.
