While testing workflow https://github.com/nf-core/scrnaseq/tree/4.0.0 with WfExS-backend, a mismatch in singularity container tags which are represented using the oras scheme, leading to wrong identification of the scheme itself as the "oras" container.

Improve the matching heuristics which help distinguishing between docker and singularity tags.
