Reproduction steps

1. Modified the docker-compose and .env file 
2.pulled the latest images
3.started the server, took few pictures and notice that thumbnails are not getting generated.
4. looked into Jobs and nothing is getting processed 
...

I removed that line and cleaned up few other commented out lines and still noting it won't run any jobs. all of them say waiting
Ex: Generating Thumbnails Active 0 Waiting 5 any other ideas?

Did you apply the changes with docker compose up?

no, i did it throe portainer.

I just did with docker compose up from terminal, and it seems that is working fine, now all is getting processed.
