Changes:

Fixed issue that prevented position sliders from updating their enabled state whenever an actor's motion state changes. This was handled by subscribing to the selector actor to track their property changes.
Applied the fix from Fixed issue causing selection changed event to be triggered on filtered items change Aether-Tools/AetherToolsWpf#12 so that the target selector drawer does not close immediately when first opened.
