Add more file extensions to the GUI

By default the application will only show you a few popular file extensions in the relevant drop-down box of each file type. If your needs are beyond these formats, just go to preferences and manually add more file extensions (one per line). These file extensions will appear on the drop-down boxes from now on. Keep in mind, that they have to be supported by the corresponding program as well, otherwise the conversions will fail.
