DO NOT DELETE THE HANDLING.TXT FILE, ITS WILL MAKE THE PROGRAM UNUSABLE.
DO NOT DELETE THE LIB FOLDER AS THE PROGRAM WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DETECT IF HANDLING.TXT IS DELETED OR NOT AND ALSO DOESN'T LAUNCH THE PROGRAM SINCE IT CONTAINS HANDLING PYTHON FILES TO LAUNCH THE GUI ITSELF.
