Modified bookmarks plugin to allow copy/paste/import/export by folder

When copying or exporting, a popup lets you input a folder name to export. If you do not specify a name, it defaults to copy/export all bookmarks. When pasting/importing, it'll add folders/portals that don't currently exist in bookmarks. NOTE: it only works with portals & portal folders, not maps & map folders.

@3ch01c in the past I was working on a version with the export and import of folders (maps and portals). then for lack of time I have not completed. it's work fine. if you want you can use it, modify it, do whatever you want. https://github.com/ZasoGD/bkmrks-new-test

Include:

• import/export bookmarks folder (maps and portals);
• no more unique bookmarked portals (now you can save the same portals more and more times):
  • removed the "star";
  • added "+portal" in bookmarks box;
  • TODO: fix graphics, think again the user-experience;
• [sperimental feature] input text with autocomplete to search the bookmarked portals;
