- fixed deprecated functions in old 3rd-party code. some warnings are still left: - spectrum.js is using 'offset' on disconnected elements - window.setupTooltips triggers 'jQuery.unique is deprecated'

-> embedding the JQuery & UI code (no download on startup)
-> updated JQuery to v3.1.1 ( and UI to 1.12.1)
-> fixed some v3.0,0 warnings in old 3rd-party code (still some warnings left)
as a side-effect: it fix dotted lines in canvas mode on firefox. /edit oh, maybe that was Leaflef 0.77 related??
