Enable use of standard proxy servers (e.g. Squid)

Currently, OpenWayback uses its own "ArcRecordingProxy" when fetching data from the web (e.g. to load access robots.txt rules). Should enable use of standard proxy solutions, e.g. Squid.

This is directly related to issue 116
