Home
The battery pack was built of:
- 18 Li-ion cells (VariCore VTC6, 3.7v, 3000mAh, 18650, 30A)
- 2 BMS (TENSTAR ROBOT 100A 5S BMS LMO)
- XT90 Plug
- some bathroom shelf bought somewhere at Leroy Merlin
- and lotsa hot glue ;)
Li-ion cells were connected in blocks of 3 cells using built-in nickel tapes. Then triplets were connected using copper solver-removal tape:
3s3p assemblies were put into a plastic container, separated by a silicone mat and filled using hot glue:
