Purpose of the pull request
支持对其他组件的角色状态（client除外）的监控，不影响已定义好的服务
后台对dinky服务手动停止，页面能及时展示服务状态
统一checkActor的日志输出，如下：

增加共用策略通过actor的statusRunner获取角色存活信息
