This Pull Request upgrades wagtail to the latest LTS release, which is 4.1.1 at the time of writing.
As soon as possible, post-deployment, the following django management command should be run:
./manage.py rebuild_references_indexThis populates the references table and ensures usage counts for images, documents and snippets are displayed accurately.
