The PR for #5590 shows up twice (as separate commits) - any idea why? It looks like the second is empty so I don't see a problem, but if this is surprising it might be worth double-checking that none of the changes were doubled.

Github glitched. I punched the merge button and it briefly showed as completed, but then reverted to show me the merge button again. So I punched it again, and it took it. Next time I see that behavior I will reload before punching the button.
