Description

In the templated mail from the IETF to [email protected] every post starts with the sentence: "A New Internet-Draft is available from the on-line Internet-Drafts directories."

It's proper english, sure. It's also redundant. The list is exclusively new drafts.

If the message started with the title/authors block then line view would include the draft

shows how this looks in gmail. I can almost see the Title: but not quite.

I appreciate this is a UI problem, and I understand there is risk that some people expect and need to see the line, so I ask this knowing that not everyone will be satisfied with this change.
