Describe the issue

https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc6637#page-7 puts a raw   in the htmlized output of RFC 6637.

This appears to be a bug in the datatracker's html-ization, since it does not appear in https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc6637.html#page-7
