temporary directories not cleaned up after tests

Two temporary directories are being left around after running the tests:

$ ls -ld tmp-*
drwxr-xr-x 55 root root 4096 Jan 24 17:26 tmp-nomcom-public-keys-dir
drwxr-xr-x  5 root root 4096 Jan 24 17:06 tmp-storage-meetinghosttests-dir

These should be cleaned up when the tests are done with them.
