LoRa Simulator release

v3 test compatibility

This version is compatible with the newest loraserver v3 test versions.
The lds subpackage has been cleaned up to use loraserver's gw api and lorawan structs exclusively so that we don't have to keep ours to date.

Fix missing file

A bad entry at gitignore prevented a file from being pushed.

First release

This is a first release including:

• JS custom encoder.
• LoRaWAN 1.0 and 1.1 ABP and OTAA support.
• Full GUI reimplementation.
• MAC Commands support.
