Reload handler is not reloading properly

Description

ExecReload command in https://github.com/idealista/nginx_role/blob/master/templates/nginx.service.j2#L11 is not working and can leave new configuration unchanged and let wrong sites files be uploaded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy Nginx
2. Try to upload a wrong site configuration

Expected behavior: Role to fail (actually, should test the configuration)

Actual behavior: Role doesn't fail and marks the server as reloaded

Reproduces how often: 100%
