feat: proof of concept

Summary

It's not actually done, but a decent amount of the functionality is demonstrated through the use of various libraries that are likely to end up in the final product.

Some stuff I did

• Can login with Google/GitHub (if you have the client IDs and secrets in the env)
• Can view availability for different CSL rooms while selecting time slots
• Developer endpoint for miscellaneous debugging stuff

I'll write more later
