Jasmine latest versions e.g 2.x not supported.

Hi,

I appreciate your efforts to write this adapter, while this is brilliant for jasmine's older version e.g. 1.x it fails for latest version of jasmine.

I checked, that you moved to karma, still asking for help in this case. If possible, please update this for latest versions.

I just had another look, and there are major changes from 1.x to 2.x in jasmine. I'm not sure it's a good investment anyway since JSTD is dead.

This might be dead as not too active in open source.. but i did cover this
in my book Test-Driven JavaScript development.. :)

I actually tried to update by myself but had very limited time.. and there
were other tasks as well.. so could not complete what planned.. :(

Anyway.. I guess you spend time only if you really have spare.. :)
