Description of changes

I identified this when trying to use Federated authentication which was ostensibly added in v4.1.4. I went to pin this in my project's config and noticed databricks-sql-connector-core v4.0.1 in my uv tree.

Looks like there was an attempt to split these up here: databricks/databricks-sql-python#443.

I think we moved to core because non-core had overly restrictive constraints on PyArrow, but that seems to have been lifted since then.
